The objective of this work was to contrast an occupational health model. A documentary, psychometric and correlational study was carried out with a selection of 100 students, considering their professional practices and social service in health institutions in central Mexico. A structure of five factors was found that explained 36% of the variance, suggesting the extension of the observation of the phenomenon to other contingent scenarios and samples with exposure to risks
